These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BJJ Tools website and application. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. This is a general template and should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before publication.

Use of the service

You may use BJJ Tools only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Free trial

  • New accounts may be eligible for a 30-day free trial.
  • Valid payment information is required to begin the trial.
  • Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan will begin automatically and the applicable fee will be charged.

Subscriptions and billing

  • The Monthly plan is billed at $39.99 per month.
  • The Annual plan is billed at $399.90 per year.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Fees are billed in advance and, except where required by law, are non-refundable.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until then. Cancelling during the free trial prevents any charge.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Your content

You retain ownership of the data you submit to BJJ Tools. You grant us the limited rights necessary to operate and provide the service to you.

Service availability

We strive to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features from time to time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BJJ Tools is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
